Going forward Mr. Prakash said, “In
last 1 year the real-estate sector has seen a trend of price stability. In
spite of the rise in the raw material prices and other market factor, the real-estate
sector had tried to absorb such changes. The customers in the market are also
well aware of these changing trends and feel that the current market prices in
the real-estate are at the lowest level. Some areas, in fact have started showing
the rising sentiments.”
